Biplab Majumdar, Paresh Paul, and Mina Mukherjee Ghosh of the West Bengal Krishak Sabha visited the office of the Foundation on July 4, 2016. They were accompanied by Dr. Bhanudeb Bagchi, formerly of the department of Agricultural Economics at the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, West Bengal. The objective of the meeting was to familiarise the visitors with the work of the Foundation.

A detailed presentation was made by some members of the FAS team, describing the various spheres of activity of the Foundation and the database of the Project on Agrarian Relations in India. This was followed by a discussion on furthering the scope of the work of the Foundation.
