Dr. John Harriss, an emeritus professor of international studies at Simon Fraser University, and visiting faculty at the London School of Economics and SOAS, visited the office of the Foundation for Agrarian Studies (FAS) on January 10, 2020. Professor Harriss spent the day discussing the various ongoing and future research projects with the research staff at FAS. A detailed presentation was made by a few members of the project on Agrarian Relations in India (PARI), familiarising Prof. Harriss with the method and database of PARI.
