Dr Vilas Jadhav, Associate Fellow at FAS, presented a seminar  on “Project Formulation and Evaluation Techniques” at the office of the Foundation on March 9, 2018.

Vilas systematically explained a framework for the formulation of project proposals and the pre-requisites for the same.
