Call for Applications 2025-26
YSOSS is a platform for young scholars working in the field of agrarian studies and on socio-economic life in rural India to present their findings and receive feedback from peers, expert discussants, and other eminent scholars. The end-goal is to build a network of such scholars. The series is chaired by Barbara Harriss-White, Emeritus Professor of Development Studies, University of Oxford. Eligibility:
The applicant should be at an advanced stage of their Ph.D. or should have completed their Ph.D. within the last five years.
Application Procedure:
Interested scholars are requested to fill the application form linked above, along with a curriculum vitae and a writing sample. The applications will be scrutinised by the Research and Development Team at the Foundation, in consultation with subject experts.
