A Conference on “Small Scale Farming in India: Results from Field Surveys,” was organized by the Foundation for Agrarian Studies. It was held at Thiruvananthapuram from December 2 to 3, 2016.

The purpose of the Conference was to present the draft chapters for a forthcoming book on small farmers and small farming in India to senior academics, young scholars, and senior activists from the All India Kisan Sabha and All India Agricultural Workers’ Union. The conference was attended by more than 50 participants.
